Lead Pharmacist
Titan Placement Group invited you to explore an opportunity in sunny Ocala Florida.
Located in central Florida Ocala is famous for its beautiful horse farms natural springs and a welcoming small-town vibe. As part of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) this role is integral to a mission-driven organization serving the community including correctional health programs. Youll be joining a supportive team in a setting where your leadership and clinical expertise can make a real difference.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $120000 $125000 (up to $135000 may be considered for exceptional candidates)

Responsibilities
- Serve as Pharmacist in Charge for an outpatient setting with extended operating hours (4-day work week)
- Manage daily pharmacy operations including supervision of 3 pharmacy technicians and other pharmacists
- Ensure medication dispensing for a wide patient base including two county jail contracts
- Maintain compliance with FQHC standards and pharmacy regulations
- Collaborate with internal care teams and report directly to the Chief Pharmacy Officer
- Utilize eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system
- Participate in hiring process for additional pharmacy staff as needed
Requirements
- Clear and active Florida Pharmacist license
- Minimum 3 years of pharmacist experience (FQHC or correctional health experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- New graduates are not considered for this leadership role
