Job Title:Senior Regulatory Advisor

Job Description:
As a Senior Regulatory Advisor you will primarily be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and providing strategic advice on regulatory matters. You will play a key role in liaising with regulatory bodies and ensuring that the organisations practices align with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring the regulatory supervisory and market developments relevant to the entities of Euronext group working closely with the wide legal and regulation team located in the various jurisdictions where the group operates along the whole value chain that includes numerous market and post trade infrastructures with a main focus on post trade.
2. To actively engage with the business in relation to queries with respect to the interpretation of Rules and procedures and provide support in the discussions with the regulators of the Euronext countries.
work with the government affairs team to ensure that the Regulation Department is involved throughout the lobbying process keep members of the Regulation Department informed of the activities of government affairs and to co-ordinate Regulations contributions to such activities.
Knowledge is required with reference to EMIR CSDR finality directive collateral directive.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulatory advisory role preferably within the financial sector.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
