As the Head of Product CIB Deposits & Liquidity Management you will be joining Shannon Peachey and the Trade and Transaction Banking team thats doubling down on customer obsession.

This is an 8 month secondment role.

Each day youll go above and beyond to:

• Leading the strategy management performance and enhancement of Deposits and Liquidity Management products.
• Perform a key leadership role on the Trade & Transaction Banking LT contributing to the overall strategy customer outcomes and culture across the Business Unit and CIB Division.
• Accountable for tracking and management of Deposits growth and performance across C&IB. Ensure appropriate actions are taken to deliver on key targets and metrics (e.g. volume margin quality).
• Lead a sub-domain to define the vision and execute on business outcomesthat deliver on T&TB C&IB and NAB alignment with customer outcomes and experience.
• Lead a product manager cohort to runbusiness process improvement product management and priority commercial activities.
• Deliver business outcomessafely through application of effectiveriskmanagement practices and efficiently through application ofagilepractices.
• Set and lead the culture and direction of the Deposits and Liquidity Management team. Create clarity deliver for customers build team capability and motivate colleagues.
• Prioritise delivery maximise customer outcomes return oninvestment and strategicalignment
• Make trade-off decisions and resolve tensions where decisions cant be made
• Be a key interface to the wider enterprise to unblock issues and enable faster delivery
• Lead coach and develop team to become strong commercial decision makers and lead for high performance
