You will own end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions for complex deal operations focusing on data engineering challenges and metric development. This role requires expertise in supply chain processes data pipeline development and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions while influencing cross-functional teams and mentoring others.


Key job responsibilities
Design and develop analytics solutions including metrics dashboards and scalable datasets that drive business decisions up to the executive level

Own data lineage and infrastructure across the organization ensuring data accuracy accessibility and actionability of BI solutions

Lead large-scale BI projects requiring cross-team collaboration while setting and maintaining engineering best practices

Provide technical leadership in system capabilities limitations and optimization opportunities while driving consensus across stakeholder groups

Mentor team members and contribute to the professional development of colleagues through knowledge sharing and code review

- 5 years of SQL experience
- Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
- Experience programming to extract transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau Quicksight or similar tools
- Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics Statistics or related technical field or equivalent practical experience

- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs
- Experience managing analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $117300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $202800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
