Job Description

Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 7 10 years

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Senior Accounts Manager to lead the Accounts Department at Tech Weave International Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be directly answerable to the Directors and will be responsible for driving financial accuracy regulatory compliance and providing strategic insights through robust reporting and controls. This is a leadership role requiring extensive hands-on experience in managing accounting operations financial audits subsidy documentation and statutory compliance within a manufacturing or trading setup.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategic Oversight

  • Lead the accounting team with complete ownership of the Accounts Department and ensure seamless financial operations.

  • Act as a financial advisor to the Directors by providing meaningful analysis and timely reports for strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure strong coordination with consultants and external stakeholders regarding audits subsidy documentation and regulatory matters.

Accounting & Financial Operations

  • Oversee daily accounting operations including journal entries ledger posting invoicing reconciliations and statutory registers using Tally ERP.

  • Supervise accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.

  • Maintain books of accounts and ensure monthly quarterly and annual closing with accurate preparation of financial statements.

Advanced MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare and present comprehensive MIS reports including Profit & Loss Balance Sheet Cash Flow Budget Variance and Cost Analysis.

  • Lead and manage reports related to Stock Verification Fixed Assets Verification EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) Workings and Store Valuations.

Statutory Compliance & Audits

  • Ensure timely compliance with GST TDS PF ESIC and other statutory filings.

  • Liaise with auditors and tax consultants for statutory audits assessments and merger-related documentation.

  • Handle all documentation and communication related to Government Subsidy Schemes and ensure timely submission to consultants.

Cash & Bank Management

  • Monitor daily cash flow and ensure efficient fund utilization.

  • Manage bank relationships working capital arrangements and credit facilities including LC documentation and fund transfers.

Process Improvement & System Implementation

  • Take initiative in evaluating and implementing new software or process improvements across the finance function.

  • Design and implement internal controls and SOPs for better financial governance and operational efficiency.


Qualifications & Skills

  • CA Qualification is Mandatory.

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance.

  • 7 10 years of progressive experience in accounting roles preferably in manufacturing/trading companies.

  • Proven leadership and team management experience.

  • Expertise in Tally ERP and other accounting systems.

  • Strong command over Indian Accounting Standards GST TDS and regulatory norms.

  • Practical knowledge of merger-related activities and the ability to coordinate with external consultants.

  • Excellent communication analytical and time management skills.

  • Added advantage: Experience in end-to-end implementation of financial software or processes.



Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in domestic sales. Strong negotiation skills, customer relationship management, and sales performance tracking. Leadership and team management experience. Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
