Job Description
Seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to oversee and manage all aspects of concrete work on construction sites. You will supervise a team of workers ensuring that projects adhere to safety and quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
Pay: $35 - $40 an hour Based on Experience
Location: Within a 60-mile radius of Madison WI
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM OVERTIME

Responsibilities for Concrete Foreman:
- Oversee and direct a crew of workers in various concrete tasks including pouring finishing forming and curing.
- Provide training and guidance to crew members.
- Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications to plan and execute concrete work.
- Ensure that all materials tools and equipment are available and ready to use.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and local building codes.
- Conduct regular safety meetings (morning huddles etc.) and inspections to ensure a safe work environment.
- Prepare and submit required reports including timesheets daily logs etc.
Qualifications for Concrete Foreman:
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in concrete work with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of concrete construction techniques materials and best practices.
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
