Are you an experienced estimator ready to lead a department and shape the future of a growing commercial roofing business
Were looking for a Director of Estimating to take full ownership of estimating operations - developing people streamlining process and driving results without the drag of micromanagement or cut-throat corporate pressures.
This is for a collaborative grounded leader - someone with deep commercial roofing experience strong team management skills and a humble hardworking mindset.

Company Overview
They are a privately owned contractor with a proud legacy dating back to the 1970s. Today they do around $72 million annually and operate across 6 different branches in multiple states.
Projects are around 80% new construction and 20% reroofing but the company also has a large service department which brings in around $14 million annually. They work with a variety of roofing systems but the primary focus is single-ply and modified bitumen.
The current owner was previously an employee and most of the senior leadership have worked their way up through multiple promotions. This is a company where hard work is rewarded with unlimited advancement opportunities.
