This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in a typical office environment. You will work an 8-hour shift scheduled during our normal business hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM. It may be necessary given the business need to work occasional overtime. You may be required to travel between buildings. This role is located at 4101 Percival Road Columbia SC 29229.
What You Will Do:
Coordinates with business partners on the creation and development of digital content. Writes edits and reviews content while ensuring established contact standards are met. Ensures that the digital media provides up-to-date and comprehensive product/service information that is easily available to existing and potential customers. Regularly manages an audit process across digital properties.
Designs digital media campaigns aligned with business goals. Assesses engagement needs/problems identify opportunities and implement business development strategies. Assists in coordination and orchestration of multi-channel campaigns. Evaluates competitiveness in the market. Makes recommendations for improvements based on research analysis and best practices.
Analyzes feedback and problems through digital properties. Collaborates with information systems and line of business representatives on critical issues and assists in problem resolution. Documents project and strategy improvement opportunities.
Manages end-to-end digital projects. Collaborates with information systems and line of business representatives to align projects with business goals.
To Qualify for This Position You Will Need:
Required Education: Bachelors in a job-related field
Degree Equivalency: 4 years job related work experience or Associates and 2 years job related work experience
Required Work Experience: 2 years of experience in digital marketing internet/intranet website design or maintenance or social media strategy including related business writing experience in a creative environment.
Skills and Abilities: Intermediate knowledge of internet/intranet technologies and website content design. Good business writing editing time management organizational and multi-tasking skills. Strong analytical and communication skills.
Software and Other Tools: Microsoft Office.
