The Opportunity
Were on the lookout for a Junior Account Manager to join our growing FNZ Markets team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global FinTech firm providing execution and clearing services to a diverse client base.
Were seeking a junior professional with solid technical knowledge of both local and international capital markets. In this client-facing role youll be part of a high-performing team delivering tier 1 service across account onboarding trading support post-trade settlement and corporate actions. Youll play a key role in ensuring superb service delivery and risk management across multiple asset classes including ASX equities and listed derivatives. Alongside your core responsibilities youll be supported by experienced colleagues across the business helping you expand your knowledge and grow within the team.
More specially your support to clients will cover:
Account on-boarding (AML/KYC)
Trade capture and bookings across internal and external OMS platforms
Trade confirmations and EOD allocations
Settlements management including pre-matching inventory management and fail investigations
Corporate Actions maintenance and elections
Risk management across trades cash balances and holdings
Technical support across our internal and vendor platforms
What are we ideally looking for in a successful candidate
Experience in client service roles within Institutional or Retail trading and settlement
Background in Trade Support and Middle Office functions within broking
Strong understanding of CHESS and ASX settlement systems and processes
Knowledge of cash equity settlement across Australian and international markets
Proven relationship management skills
