Job Description
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced building / general practice surveyor to deliver a range of professional services within the AssetStrategy and Investment team.
The focus of this role will be to lead in theproduction of tender documents for component renewal and wider refurbishment works theassessment of componentcondition/ defects investigations contributing to the maintenance of our stock condition database including setting standards for and validationof data collection.
Also within your remit will be the management ofa variety of land and other property matters including boundary disputes land encroachment party wall matters and claims for statutory disrepair.
Your qualifications will be complemented with many years of experience of managing a broad range of building / property matters with someideally gained within the private sector.
