Duties
Support young people with daily routines and care
Build trust and model positive relationships
Create safe structured therapeutic environments
Respond calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
Work with teams to deliver individualised care plans
Skills & Experience
Diploma of Community Services or currently studying or be eligible for an exemption.
Valid Drivers License First Aid & CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening & Working with Children Check
Calm under pressure solutions-focused empathetic
Available for a range of shifts
