What Youll Do to Empower Our People:
- Support training needs analysis.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions (online and in-person).
- Assist in creating training materials and communications.
- Prepare reports and summaries for L&D and HR departments.
- Collaborate with various departments on development projects.
- Analyze market trends and seek new solutions.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Organize English language classes.
Who You Are:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- A natural collaborator eager to learn.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small focused team.
- Proactive in building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about helping others grow and develop their potential.
- Able to travel to other offices in Poland as needed.
- Experienced working with MS Office tools
- Fluent in Polish and proficient in English (B2 level or equivalent) for effective workplace communication
- Available for hybrid work in our Katowice office

- Salary depending on presented skills: 31 - 35 PLN gross/hour (mandate contract - UZ)
