Information Technology Product Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior)

The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Information Technology Product Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) to function in a Scrum Master role on the team in Seattle WA.

Boeing Fleet Link is seeking a highly motivated Information Technology Product Specialist to manage the development and enhancement of our fleet management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development requirements management agile methodologies and a passion for delivering exceptional customer value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features manage product backlog create traceable and testable requirements and ensure successful delivery of high-quality products.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders including product management customer experience designers customers engineering marketing and sales to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and functional requirements

  • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value customer needs and technical feasibility

  • Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and delivery

  • Act as a Scrum Master facilitating team dynamics and ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives

  • Act as the focal to provide guidance to the development team throughout the product lifecycle

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3 years of experience with technical product management

  • 3 years of experience within information technology

  • 3 years of experience working within a development environment using Agile methodologies

  • 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master

  • Experience in writing technical software requirements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience with fleet management systems or aviation industry systems

  • Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of employees

Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $108800 $147200

Summary pay range for Senior: $131750 $178250
