Job Description
The Product Support Specialist is primarily responsible for developing plans and executing projects and initiatives that support the short and long-term marketing strategies for multiple Specialty Electronic vendor lines.
- Build and manage strong vendor relationships
- Manages product pricing including changes promotions and exceptions
- Create and run weekly monthly and quarterly reporting on sales inventory demo equipment stock distribution programs.
- Analyze sales trends of product line including pipeline deal management customer analysis price exception reports
- Assist in product end-of-life product management
- Assist purchasing in stock management such as understanding the stock rotation procedures parameters by product and timely execution
- Administer vendor Partner Programs including vendor / audit reports
- Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve both technical and functional problems
- Determining the right course of action or escalation path for requests/issues
Skills/Experience
- 1-3 years customer service experience
- Strong customer management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
