In this role you will perform semi-skilled tasks independently assist a skilled trades worker or lead a small team of manual laborers in carrying out routine activities. Your responsibilities will include operating various construction groundskeeping and maintenance tools often utilizing skills developed through on-the-job experience. You will carry out minor repairs and routine groundskeeping and custodial tasks with a significant degree of independence with your work being reviewed upon completion. More complex construction or repair tasks will be conducted under the supervision of a skilled trades worker or a supervisor.
