Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Leasing Admin Assistant:
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare review and process leasing agreements renewals and amendments
- Ensure contract compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and update internal systems accordingly
- Coordinate with relevant departments to verify contract completion prior to vehicle handover
- Update and maintain customer records lease tracking databases and documentation archives
- Assist with invoicing deposit processing and payment follow-ups related to lease contracts
- Liaise with finance and operations teams on documentation and billing matters
- Address customer inquiries regarding contract terms and documentation
- Communicate with customers to collect necessary documentation for contract processing
- Provide contract-related updates to internal stakeholders and support leasing executives
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and assist with contract-related service queries
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in contract administration leasing or a related role
- Prior experience in the automotive leasing or car rental industry is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 2600 OT AWS VB (2 Months)
- Working Location: Outram Park
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
