Export Sales Manager (Full-Time / Commission-Based) Agri-Food Products
Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic Export Sales Managers or Freelance Export Agents with strong international B2B networks and proven experience in food/Agri-commodity exports. The role can be structured as either full-time employment or a pure commission-based partnership based on mutual agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development
o Identify and approach international buyers importers distributors wholesalers retailers and food service companies.
o Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential prospects across key markets (USA UK EU Gulf countries Africa).
Sales Closure
o Pitch company offerings and close export deals for Agri-based food products.
o Negotiate prices and payment terms (we offer 50% advance and 50% Confirmed LC as part of our terms).
o Deliver against monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Documentation & Coordination
o Work with internal teams to ensure packaging quality labeling and documentation comply with buyer and destination country requirements (FDA USDA EU norms etc.).
o Coordinate shipping schedules and logistics (CIF/FOB based) from Indian ports like Mundra Chennai or Nhava Sheva.
Client Relationship Management
o Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients and resellers.
o Provide market feedback buyer insights and suggest improvements in offerings.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales in the Agri/food industry.
Must Have Skills:
o Strong network of buyers or resellers in your target region(s).
o Familiarity with export documentation trade compliance and food safety norms.
o Strong written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus.
Preferred:
o Prior experience in working with Amazon Wal-Mart Marketplace or other international B2B portals.
o Consultants and Freelancers with food export experience are welcome.
Compensation Structure:
Full-Time Employment Option:
o Competitive fixed salary sales commission

Commission-Based Model:
o High percentage commission per successful order (volume-based slabs apply)
o Payouts released post receipt of LC or advance payment
o Support with documentation logistics product training and sales collateral
