What you will be doing:
- Administer the creation change disablement and removal of all staff and customer access to any and all systems within PPS whether sensitive or non-sensitive.
- Maintain a full audit trail of what actions are performed by whom and when to enable accountability through an audit.
- Assist the business in the administration of the RBAC matrix by adjusting existing processes to accommodate new job roles changes to existing job roles or the removal of job roles to ensure that no drift takes place.
- Maintain a suite of standards via documentation with regular review and approvals to ensure governance and therefore working practices are kept up to date.
- Proactively communicate issues and problems to ensure no bottlenecks technical debt or risks are introduced into the IdAM function.
- Excellent standards of communication at all levels both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail and organisation.
- Ability to work in a small autonomous team.
- Technically competent and able to pick up new technologies quickly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in a high-responsibility role.
- Knowledge and exposure to Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence)
- Familiarity with common authentication stacks and their management (Active Directory IPA Relation Databases AWS IAM).
- Experience of working in a financial institution
