Head Veterinary Nurse Brighton East Sussex
Permanent Full-Time Leading Practice in a Vibrant Coastal City
An established small animal veterinary practice in the heart of Brighton is seeking an experienced and compassionate Head Veterinary Nurse to lead its friendly dedicated team. Situated in one of the UKs most lively and culturally rich cities this clinic is well regarded in the community for delivering outstanding patient care with a balance of surgical and medical caseloads.
The practice is equipped with modern diagnostic and treatment facilities including digital and dental x-ray ultrasound a full laboratory a surgical theatre and well-maintained kennelsenabling the team to provide consistently high standards of care.
This role offers an excellent work-life balance with no out-of-hours on-call or Bank Holiday commitments and only 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
Requirements
RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse.
Experience of delivering exceptional patient and client care.
Able to confidently lead a clinical team.
Experience of implementing a progressive clinical culture through nurse clinics and nurse consultations.
Experienced in using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague
