Do you pay close attention to detail and prioritize accuracy in documentation and compliance We are looking for a diligent and proactive Logistics Specialist / Logistics Coordinator to join our team at the Reno manufacturing site. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of order fulfillment including shipping and invoicing in accordance with each orders specific terms. You will also ensure that all necessary shipping documentation is collected and reviewed prior to invoicing and work closely with the ISV Global Logistics team to provide timely updates and shipment visibility. This is a critical role that supports our operations and ensures a seamless delivery experience for our customers.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Collaborate with factory personnel to obtain packing lists and shipping documents for all orders
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is uploaded to cloud database
  • Work with freight forwarding companies and 3rd party logistics companies to ensure timely and proper pickup and delivery.
  • Process orders into shipments pulling information from multiple databases to ensure domestic and export shipment
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to resolve shipping and traceability questions
  • Review shipments POR and ensure alignment with North America POR targets with orders shipping
  • Coordinate customs invoices for all international shipments
  • Work with multiple shipping reports and decipher pertinent information to ensure accurate receiving/revenue recognition results.
  • Create reports and present reports for shipping related metrics
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

For This Role You Will Need:
  • Degree in business related field or equivalent experience in logistics shipping or supply chain
  • Effective communication skills with many collaborators
  • Self-starting productive work habits that ensure completion of tasks
  • Ability to efficiently and optimally handle time and carry out orders and meet deadlines
  • Experience using MS Office applications (Excel Word Outlook etc.) Excel is priority
  • Experience using Oracle applications** Highly Preferred
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Confirmed experience with ensuring all shipments align with local and federal regulations
  • Clear and accurate communication among many team members
