Contexte et but du rle

Lassoci danalyse client relve directement du gestionnaire des analyses. Ce poste est responsable de fournir un soutien analytique ainsi et que dapporter des recommandations lquipe du dveloppements de la clientle.

Principales responsabilits

Formuler des observations dvoiler les tendances ainsi que recommander des ides pour amliorer les ventes laide de diverses sources de donnes telles que le POS client AC Nielsen linformation sur les expditions lactivit concurrentielle du march et les sources de planification internes.

Dvelopper et maintenir des rapports de planification de prvision de tendances du march pour aider analyser les performances dUnilever et de nos clients.

Lorsquon vous prsentera une problmatique daffaires vous jouerez un rle cl dans la recherche de la solution. Le choix des donnes ainsi que comment les utiliser pour prendre les bonnes dcisions sera important dans le succs de la solution propose. Votre capacit de prsenter ces informations dune faon percutante contribuera la prise de dcision.


Voici quelques autres exemples de types de responsabilits; fournir des indicateurs cls bass sur lhistorique des activits promotionnelles aider la prparation des rapports pour les revues daffaires et faire des recommandations dassortiment ainsi que doutils de marchandisage. Exigences et comptences :

Diplme de premier cycle requis

Exprience analytique antrieure (un atout)

Leadership et esprit entrepreneurial

Motiv dsir de contribuer au succs de lquipe attitude axe sur la solution

Souci du dtail excellente capacit de gestion des priorits et de la charge de travail

De solides comptences analytiques capacit maximiser lutilisation de la technologie et des outils tels quExcel tableaux croiss dynamiques PowerPoint Tableau Power BI ou Visualisation de donnes pour passer de lobservation la recommandation.

Lexprience avec Nielsen et la manipulation de donnes (MTrack Homescan etc.) est un atout.

Travaille bien en quipe (exposition significative aux quipes interfonctionnelles)

JOB PURPOSE

The Customer Analytics Associate reports directly to the Analytics Lead. This position is responsible for providing analytical support & insights to Sales Teams within Canada

The focus of the Customer Analytics Associate position is to provide analytical support on Unilevers Customers regarding customer management information. The position is responsible for proactively analyzing and reviewing information on current business identifying opportunities or potential problems within information being analyzed and other tasks as assigned.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Draw observation and deliver trends & insights related to a customer and category. You will be using diverse data sources including Customer Sales AC Nielsen Shipment information competitive market activity and internal planning sources
  • Executing and maintaining reports for performance planning forecasting and trends to aid in analyzing Unilevers and our customers performance
  • When presented with a business problem you will play a key role in leveraging data and visualization tools to aid in decision making and to illustrate insights and recommendations from data.
  • Helping to maximize efficiencies in both how and what data we use to deliver reporting as well as help the team make decisions
  • Providing metrics around historical promotional activity
  • Assist in preparation of reporting for business reviews and Joint business planning for the Customer
  • Deliver analytic insights that help the team decide optimal assortment recommendations for in store displayers
  • Creation and management of Field priorities to drive action in store with the Retail Team
  • Ad hoc analytic requests from different areas of the business including Brand and Trade
  • Receives information related to customer/consumer complaints and adverse reactions. Immediately notifies and provides collected information to Customer Service and CEC (Consumer Engagement Centre).
  • Collaborate with team within Unilever and customer to share best practice analysis

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Fluent in French and English language
  • Previous analytical experience an asset
  • Personal leadership and Owners mindset
  • Self-motivated Service minded solution-focused attitude
  • Detail oriented yet mastered the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
  • Strong analytical skills can leverage technology & tools such as Excel Pivot Tables PowerPointPower BI or Data visualization to move from observation to insight. Experience with some of these tools an asset
  • Experience with Nielsen and data manipulation (MTrack Shopper Track (Homescan) etc.) an asset
  • Curious in nature and constantly seeking to learn
  • Works well in teams (as there is significant exposure to cross-functional teams)
