About the Role
The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the Project Manager in managing projects from conception to role requires strong leadership abilities technical expertise and a commitment to excellence in project management. What makes you our perfect match
Working closely with the Construction Managers and Site Crews to ensure technical feasibility quality and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Develop project plans schedules and resource allocations in collaboration with stakeholders to optimize project execution.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project constraints and propose mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
Manage project budgets and financials tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety standards.
Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders highlighting achievements challenges and deviations from plans.
Implement quality assurance and control measures to ensure deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
Foster a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organization.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
