Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Data Science Engineer:
- English - Upper-Intermediate
- Full time
- Location: Kazakhstan Uzbekistan Serbia EU
- Working Time Zone: CET
- Planned Work Duration: 12 months
- Technology Stack: Flask Pydantic Gunicorn Peewee PostgreSQL Sentry Elastic Scikit-learn concurrency and multithreading laser embeddings
Customer Description: The client is a global TV streaming services provider.
Project Description:
A сutting-edge Recommendation Service leveraging advanced AI and machine learning algorithms to deliver personalized user experiences.
The project focuses on analysing large-scale data to suggest relevant content products or services enhancing user satisfaction and engagement. The system will integrate seamlessly with multiple platforms providing real-time context-aware recommendations.
Project Phase: ongoing
Project Team: 2 python devs 1 data science 1PM
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in engaging with clients to clarify requirements
Hard Skills / Must Have:
- 5 years of experience.
- Strong background in Scikit-learn for data manipulation model development and evaluation.
- Experience with laser embeddings for generating text-based embeddings to represent content.
- Expertise in developing and improving recommendation models especially those based on content similarity.
- Proven ability to work with clustering models and optimize clustering algorithms and processes.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Analyse and improve recommendation model based on content similarity
- Work with clustering models analyse and improve clustering process
- Improve similarity matrix building process
- Work on data structure to improve recommendations
