Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and solutions-focused IT Specialist to join the Technical Services team supporting Help Desk and Operations functions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the performance and reliability of IT infrastructure providing technical support to end-users and ensuring smooth operation of all systems. The role is on-site in Houston TX and involves collaboration with both internal users and external vendors.
