Job Description


What Is This Job About

Identity and Access Management (IAM) ensures the central administration of users and access rights for different systems and applications in the company network and in the cloud. IAM enables companies to manage user accounts & access authorizations for their applications allowing to be compliant with regulations. We help our clients integrating IAM solutions into their IT infrastructure after understanding their specific business issues both internally and externally.

To strengthen our team we are looking for an Experienced Solution Engineer with a strong background in authentication protocols and API management platforms. Deep IAM knowledge is not required but experience with OAuth2 OIDC SAML and related technologies is essential.


What You Will Get To Do

  • Integrate and configure Access Management platforms such as UbiSecure Keycloak ForgeRock OneLogin or Okta.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2 OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML.
  • Work on API protection using platforms like WSO2 API Manager including token-based access rate limiting and client authentication.
  • Support integration projects with internal systems and customer applications.
  • Collaborate with IAM and application teams to translate access control needs into technical solutions.
  • Assist in Angular-based front-end tasks when needed particularly for login pages user flows or dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot authentication federation and SSO-related issues.
  • Contribute to documentation deployment automation and DevOps pipelines.
  • Participate in Agile development and implementation activities.



Requirements

What You Should Have

  • Solid hands-on experience with authentication protocols such as OAuth2 OIDC and SAML.
  • Experience working with at least one Access Management platform (e.g. ForgeRock AM Keycloak UbiSecure OneLogin Okta).
  • Good understanding of SSO federation and identity brokering.
  • Familiarity with API management tools especially WSO2 and concepts like API gateways scopes and access tokens.
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs HTTP and web security principles.
  • Basic experience with JavaScript or Angular with the ability to contribute to front-end development if needed.
  • Comfortable working in Linux environments with experience in scripting and DevOps tools.
  • Familiarity with Git CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g. Docker).

What Is Not Necessary but Would Be a Plus

  • Knowledge of Active Directory LDAP and identity federation.
  • Experience with Zero Trust Architecture or API security best practices.
  • Prior exposure to Azure AD Auth0 or Ping Identity.
  • Exposure to broader IAM domains such as Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • German or French language skills
