Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Title: OneTrust Specialist
Location: Europe
Work Regime: Full-time & Remote (Europe based)
Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a OneTrust Specialist to support the rollout of a multi-country multi-system privacy compliance program for our partner. This end-to-end project involves the configuration and integration of OneTrusts Cookies and Consent & Preference Management modules across various platforms including CRM (Salesforce Sendgrid AW) ERP (AW) websites and manual data entry points.
You will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR) by enabling user-friendly and scalable consent management across Portugal Spain and Italy. The role requires hands-on configuration in OneTrust technical integration with other platforms and close collaboration with client teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Configure and deploy OneTrust Cookies and Consent & Preference Management modules across multiple countries and digital ecosystems;
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state privacy workflows;
- Integrate OneTrust with CRM (e.g. Salesforce Sendgrid) ERP (AW) websites and manual data input processes;
- Support the design and setup of the required infrastructure to enable OneTrust functionality across different platforms;
- Conduct testing troubleshoot issues and support go-live activities;
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regional data privacy regulations;
- Provide post-implementation support guidance and enhancements based on feedback from local teams.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting OneTrust solutions;
- Strong knowledge of OneTrust Cookies and Consent & Preference Management modules;
- Experience integrating privacy platforms with systems like Salesforce ERP and web environments;
- Familiarity with GDPR and ePrivacy compliance requirements;
- Strong communication skills in English with ability to collaborate across distributed and cross-functional teams;
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with problem-solving mindset.
Complementary Requirements:
- OneTrust Expert Certifications;
- Experience in infrastructure setup for privacy tools;
- Prior experience working on multinational multi-system implementations;
- Knowledge of web technologies and consent banner customization.
