What you will be doing:
- Advise and counsel cooperative and condominium Boards on legal matters
- Demonstrate current experience in managing and operating cooperative and condominium buildings
- Handle shareholder disputes and common charge collection
- Engage in sponsor litigation and breach of contract cases
Experience you will need:
- 6 years of experience in cooperative and condominium matters
- Experience on behalf of Boards in various legal matters
- Bankruptcy experience is a plus
- Preferred experience with shareholder disputes and common charge collection
