Job Description
CRD Careers has partnered with a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) supporting small and mid-sized businesses across South Florida. Theyre searching for a Technical Support Engineer who can troubleshoot with confidence manage clients with finesse and thrive in a fast-paced multi-client environment.
What Youll Be Doing:
Deploying maintaining and troubleshooting Windows Servers domain controllers and workstations
Managing Office 365 SharePoint Exchange Online
Administering and resolving issues in VMware or Hyper-V environments
Deploying and maintaining routers switches and firewalls
Supporting multiple client environments with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications :
What You Bring to the Table:
2 years of experience with Windows Server ()
Advanced knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS DHCP VPNs VLANs etc.)
Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
Strong skills in Office 365 administration
Familiarity with Azure or AWS
MSP tools like Datto RMM or Autotask Huge plus.
