Job Description
In this role you perform core controlling processes while driving the strategic development of Pharma Solid Business Controlling. You provide decision-relevant insights contribute to projects and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
- Implement and manage traditional controlling processes such as closing forecasting budgeting and analysis.
- Drive the conceptual development of Pharma Solid Business Controlling.
- Provide decision-oriented reports and information for the operational and strategic management of the Pharma Solid Business Controlling.
- Support the execution of the growth-oriented corporate strategy with a focus on cash flow generation and profitability enhancement.
- Conduct profitability analyses for commercial initiatives while actively providing insights with actionable recommendations.
- Participate in digitalization projects to enhance finance and controlling functions with the potential to take on a project management role.
- Collaborate closely with Group Accounting and Group Controlling ensuring alignment and coordination.
- Serve as the point of contact for Pharma Solid Business Units and assigned locations regarding various finance-related topics.
Qualifications :
- Completed University degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or a related field.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Controlling or Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills to perform the described tasks accurately.
- High teamwork and communication skills will help you to collaborate with all relevant stakeholders.
- Very good written and spoken English skills are essential for this position.
