Position Overview
Were looking for an organised and efficient Administrator to join our team. Youll handle administrative tasks to ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing scheduling and correspondence.
- Handle phone calls and emails providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases.
- Assist with team scheduling and payroll.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Support management with various projects and tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g. Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays if needed.
SALARY
Up to 33k (Depending on Experience)
