Job Description

Position Overview
Were looking for an organised and efficient Administrator to join our team. Youll handle administrative tasks to ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing scheduling and correspondence.
  • Handle phone calls and emails providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases.
  • Assist with team scheduling and payroll.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Support management with various projects and tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

     


    Qualifications :

    • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency with office software (e.g. Microsoft Office).
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
    • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays if needed. 

     

    SALARY  

    Up to 33k (Depending on Experience)
