Were seeking a strategic and results-driven F&B Procurement Category Manager to elevate our food and beverage sourcing across the vibrant and diverse Pacific region.

Your Mission:

As the F&B Procurement Category Manager you will be the mastermind behind a $200M annual procurement portfolio. Your savvy market insight negotiation prowess and category expertise will drive cost efficiencies ensure supply excellence and fuel our culinary innovation. Collaborating closely with culinary operations and sustainability teams youll source top-tier products that delight our guests while championing responsible and ethical procurement practices.

What Youll Own:

  • Strategic Category Leadership: Develop and execute a cutting-edge procurement strategy for all F&B categories across the Pacific markets tailoring approaches to local dynamics and global trends.
  • Supplier Partnership & Innovation: Cultivate strong supplier relationships that guarantee quality innovation and sustainability. Drive market intelligence to identify emerging suppliers and trends.
  • Cost Optimization & Risk Management: Manage a $300M spend deliver significant cost savings while mitigating supply risks in a complex multi-country environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with culinary leaders operations teams and sustainability experts to ensure alignment of procurement goals with business needs and corporate values.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage advanced analytics and category insights to inform sourcing decisions and maximize value.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies fostering transparency and ethical conduct.

Qualifications :

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale F&B procurement categories ($200M preferred) preferably within the hospitality or FMCG sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the Pacific regions supply landscape including local market nuances and regulatory environments.
  • Exceptional negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in spend management tools and procurement software.
  • Passion for sustainability and sourcing excellence that aligns with brand integrity.
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business or related field; advanced certifications a plus.
