This is a 6-month apprenticeship opportunity
This opportunity is in Wilmington DE.
About this Position
Join a high-impact team driving artificial intelligence and machine learning innovations to optimize consumer banking operations. This apprenticeship offers early-career professionals the chance to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis business reporting and executive-level decision support within a dynamic tech-forward environment.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership decision-making.
Support month-end financial processes and routine business tasks.
Contribute to strategic ad hoc projects requiring analytical thinking.
Communicate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Job Skills/Requirements
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Motivated adaptable and receptive to coaching.
Proactive with a strong desire to learn.
Ability to connect dots and see the bigger picture in data and operations.
Pay Range: $20/hour
