The Janitorial position performs interior/exterior cleaning and maintains buildings/facilities. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts practices and procedures within a particular area of building facilities. This position helps ensure customer satisfaction ensures target goals/deadlines are met and ensures they are following company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities & Duties
Clean and supply designated building areas
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as needed
Produces quality work within pre-set time frames
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
0-2 year of relevant experience
Excellent customer service skills
Dependable reliable and punctual
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
