Job Description
Were looking for a high-energy motivated individual to step into the role of 1st Shift Supervisor Events Janitorial Manager. Position Details:
Shift: 6:45 AM 3:00 PM
Start Date: Around August 18 2025
Location: On-site event-driven facility
Full-time supervisory role
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of janitorial/cleaning technicians
Oversee daily cleaning operations and event resets
Ensure facilities meet cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
Delegate tasks and support team members throughout the shift
Communicate effectively with staff and other departments
Walk long distances across large facilities and lift/carry 30 50 lbs as needed

Requirements
Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management experience
Excellent communication skills clear respectful and direct
Must be physically able to walk long distances and lift 30 50 lbs regularly
A positive attitude and the ability to bring good energy to the team
Reliable transportation and valid driver s license
Experience in janitorial or facility management is a plus
