Job Overview
We are seeking a Technical Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations at a mid-level position. This is a full-time hybrid remote role requiring key expertise in the utilization and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 technologies. The Technical Consultant will play a vital role in enhancing business operations through innovative technology solutions directly from our Bangalore headquarters.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 particularly in a Finance and Operations environment (Mandatory skill).
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server essential for database management and integration (Mandatory skill).
- Strong experience with SSRS to create deploy and manage comprehensive reports (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in using Power Platform to analyze data automate processes and create simple apps.
- Solid understanding of C# .NET for backend development enabling customization and creation of new functions.
- Experience with RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data exchange across applications and systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate to streamline workflows across various processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly address issues and improve system functionality.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 issues ensuring optimal system performance.
- Design and deploy SSRS reports to support business reporting needs and enhance data-driven decision making.
- Integrate external systems with Dynamics 365 using Microsoft SQL Server and RESTful APIs.
- Utilize Power Platform tools to innovate new ways of enhancing productivity and efficiency in business processes.
- The candidate should have 8 years of relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO) or its predecessor Dynamics AX.
- Preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 certifications;
- Must have very strong X coding skills and OOPs concepts.
- Understanding of Life Cycle Services and Microsoft Sure Step implementation methodology.
- Experience working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics AX/FO.
- Strong understanding of D365 FO architecture modules and functionalities.
- Proven experience in designing developing and implementing D365 FO customizations using X
- Proficiency in RDLC report development and SQL Server database.
- Ability to create design and modify reports in Dynamics 365 FO and AX.
- Experience with technical design development and testing of core Dynamics 365 FO apps.
