- Technical Skills 6 to 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) development and administration
- Strong D365 Configuration:Creating fields formula fields workflow rulesBusiness Process Flows Business Rules Web Resources
- Sub-grids Excel Import/Export Security UI customization
- Development Skills :Plugin development (C#)Power Automate (Flows/Workflows)JavaScript / Web ResourcesAzure Functions
- Experience in :D365 Project Operations (PROs)D365 Sales Marketing Customer Engagement (CE)Power Platform PowerAppsData modeling and integration
- Functional & Soft Skills Proven ability to identify issues and independently develop solutions
- Experience with D365 administration: user management security data integrityStrong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and project management discipline
- Experience documenting and designing cross-functional/global solutions
