In support of our business units Mission Engineering Advisory and Technical Services and our partnership with Team Downer as the prime Major Service Provider (MSP) to Defences Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) we deliver Integrated Work Packages and above the line consulting services to the Department of Defence.
We are continually seekingskilled Infrastructure Engineersfor our Canberraoffice across various disciplines for our consulting services and Integrated Work Packages. Whether you specialise in systems architecture infrastructure engineering automation or messaging solutions we want to hear from you. If successful in securing a role your work may involve:
- Designing developing and implementing ICT infrastructure solutions to support Defence and government operations.
- Building integrating and securing ICT systems in complex multi-domain environments.
- Managing system configurations patching and upgrades to ensure operational resilience.
- Troubleshooting complex ICT issues and providing solutions to optimise performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams ensuring alignment between technology and strategic objectives.
Were seeking candidates with Defence Industry experience in the following areas:
- Hands-on experience managing hypervisor technologies.
- Experience in contributing to the successful outcome of ICT projects within a Federal Government environment.
- Demonstrated experience with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of scripting for automation (PowerShell Ansible etc).
- Demonstrated experience delivering documentation to a high standard.
- Demonstrated experience solving complex problems.
- Demonstrated experience working within a high-functioning ICT Team.
Our work is highly complex and confidentialapplicants must be Australian citizens with a minimum NV1 security clearance. Additionally compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be necessary. In some cases this may impose restrictions on individuals with dual nationality permanent residency or former nationality of specific countries as outlined in ITAR 126.1.
