Are you a visionary leader with a passion for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Do you want to lead a dynamic team at the cutting edge of technology and make a real world impact We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the AI/ML initiative for the Industrial Systems Information Technology organization. In this role you will define and drive the strategy training adoption of an AI First Transition in order to improve efficiency of the product teams and accelerate delivery of solutions. You will play a key leadership role within the ISIT organization support building high performing teams and collaborating with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
What youll do...
Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead the development and implementation of AI/ML strategy to upskill teams and enable them to apply this technology to their day to day work to drive efficiency improvements and accelerate delivery
- Lead identification of opportunities to apply AI/ML technology to business process patterns to eliminate manual work and improve quality
- Educate teams to adopt a pattern based mindset regarding their work and how to apply AI/ML technology to those patterns
- Teach teams how to become domain data experts and how to successfully train models to work with their domain and existing data
Solution Development & Implementation:
- Oversee the design development and deployment of AI and Machine Learning solutions that optimize business processes drive automation and improve product quality.
- Ensure that projects are scalable reliable and integrated into existing IT systems.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product teams data analytics and business to identify and prioritize AI/ML use cases
Data Management:
- Work with product teams to ensure data quality security and accessibility for AI/ML model training.
Compliance & Ethics:
- Ensure that all Ai/ML implementations comply with relevant laws regulations and ethical standards particularly in regard to data privacy fairness and transparency
Qualifications
Youll have...
- Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Business Engineering Information Systems Computer Science).
- 10 years of progressive responsibilities in Information Technology (IT)
- With 5 years of experience solving business problems through delivering IT solutions in design engineering and manufacturing domains.
- With 3 years of experience with LLM models Machine Learning (ML) & Generative AI (GenAI)
- Experience in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AWS Azure
- Experience as a Product Owner in Product Driven Organization (PDO) would be beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating professionalism in all actions.
- Good analytical skills a process-driven work style and the ability to think strategically.
- Ability to develop detailed customer IT and data-driven process flows.
- Strong team player with proven ability to work cross-functionally.
Even better you may have
- Masters degree in a related field (e.g. Engineering Information Systems Computer Science) preferred.
- Understanding of Neural Network architectures.
