Location Stevenage office based role

We are looking for a Wintel Integrator with Microsoft skills to support projects as the businessgrows. Your tasks will include planning regulating testing and often maintaining computeroperations. Producing processes writing and documenting procedures providing technicalsupport and new solutions. You will require good communication skills and comfortable workingwith various support teams to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled.
The successful applicant may also engage in projects further afield from time to time. You willneed to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by clarifying the customers needs andensure they are met whilst working within your agreed support role. Some of the key tasks andcore skills are outlined below but you may also be involved with other work as directed and beexpected to play your part in contributing to the teams ability to meet target Milestones SLAsand KPIs. You will be expected to work within a team of engineers at differing experienceknowledge & skillset. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Your experience:
Good understanding of IT support team working good communicator. General knowledge ofMicrosoft technologies is required to meet the role expectations:
Windows Server 2022 Active Directory (AD) AD GPOs
SCOM WSUS MECM
SQL Server Microsoft Exchange Skype for Business
PowerShell scripting
Desirable skills include:
VMware vSphere VMware vSAN RSA SecurID
Ansible Blackberry UEM Trellix ePO
PKI HP OneView GitLab
Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

For this role there is a requirement to be eligible to obtain high level clearance.
