GIS Solution Integrator – Geospatial Modernization Project

Position Description:

CGI is seeking a GIS Solution Integrator to contribute to a major geospatial modernization project. This is a cross-functional role involving both business analysis and technical implementation using ESRI-based solutions (ArcGIS suite)

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Participate in business workshops to gather and analyze functional requirements.
Design and integrate cartographic components: web services interactive maps and forms.
Develop modern secure mobile and web solutions for field operations.
Model geospatial data (conceptual and physical) to ensure system interoperability.
Create and publish geospatial web services aligned with enterprise architecture and industry standards.
Document processes conduct unit and functional testing.
Collaborate closely with business analysts project managers development/support teams and end users.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Minimum 5 years of experience in geomatics including ESRI solution development and geospatial data modeling.
Proven experience in modernizing legacy GIS applications.
Strong knowledge of:
oArcGIS Enterprise (Portal Server Online)
oESRI Web Technologies: Field Maps Web AppBuilder Survey123
oArcGIS Pro / Desktop
oGeospatial Databases (Enterprise Geodatabase Datastore)
oETL Tools: FME Form FME Flow
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Good understanding of UX principles in a GIS context.
Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Assets:
Experience in large-scale or enterprise projects.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
