Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Plan execute and monitor IT-related projects including scope budget resource allocation and timelines and oversee the successful execution of the projects from initiation to closure. These projects will be mainly focused on Google Workspace
- Detect areas that can be improved in order to be more efficient or can benefit the rest of the Fever family and design projects that will achieve those improvements.
- Control and monitor the use and budget of Fever main tools (IT Tools Adobe Google projects and other similar tools).
- Provide regular updates to management on IT operations projects and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with third-party vendors negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
ABOUT YOU:
- 2/3 years of proven experience in IT operations with a focus on project management and cloud environment management.
- Deep knowledge of Google Workspace experience with other similar environments would be a plus.
- Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Youll be solution-focused identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions
- Youll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships
- Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
