Position Overview
Were looking for a high-energy growth-minded CFTSS Director to build and lead a thriving Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) program. This is an exciting opportunity to lay the groundwork for a team develop structure and drive results in a high-impact behavioral health setting.

Key Responsibilities
Build manage and scale a new CFTSS program
Hire train and oversee care managers therapists and related staff
Ensure compliance with Medicaid OMH and related guidelines
Create workflows documentation protocols and team culture from the ground up
Collaborate with clinical leadership and upper management
Monitor program performance outcomes and team growth
Cultivate a positive forward-moving environment with high standards
Qualifications
LCSW preferred (or other relevant NY licensure)
At least 2 years in a supervisory program lead or team-building role
Experience with CFTSS HCBS or related Medicaid behavioral health services
Passion for working with children and families
Proven track record of leadership follow-through and accountability
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills
