Job Description

*1-2 years previous healthcare sales experience required.
*Schedule required is Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm.
*Starting pay is $70000 per year plus bonus!

The Sales Counselor will drive internal sales efforts to achieve and exceed community census goals. The SC is responsible for lead base management (inquiries tours lead follow-up creative next steps and generating aday pipeline).

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up regularly with all current leads including digital and develop new referrals for obtaining leads.
  • Observe community policies and procedures regarding resident and team member safety attendance timeliness house rules teamwork and resident service.
  • Maintain professionalism and resident confidentiality at all times.
  • Adhere to all Infection Prevention OSHA fire and safety regulations at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents and team members.
  • Perform all other duties as requested.

Work Experience:

  • 2-3 years sales experience in assisted living long-term care or hospital systems highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with state law and regulations surrounding senior housing and assisted living.
  • Ability to develop organize and implement creative marketing plans.
  • Ability to relate in a professional and positive manner with all team members residents families and vendors.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members at all levels of the community and corporation.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and operable vehicle.
