Job Summary
Provides support to the Warehouse Supervisor by ensuring that warehouse operations are conducted in accordance with relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) LLGI Policies and Safety Standards.

Education Experience and Credentials
Requires high school diploma or equivalent
Requires two years of experience in a warehouse/industrial setting
Requires certification as a forklift operator or obtain one within 15 days
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Requires the flexibility to work Monday through Saturday during warehouse hours
Requires basic math skills
Requires ability to load and unload trucks according to standard
Requires CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain certification within six months of employment
Must be available and willing to work on weekends and holidays to meet business needs
Requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel; Google platform
Requires ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written messages
Requires excellent organizational problem solving interpersonal motivational and collaboration skills
Maintains confidentiality of information related to LLGI operations financial matters and personnel matters
Interacts with people with disabilities in a manner which enhances their dignity privacy and confidentiality
Maintains strong knowledge of models and follows LLGI policies and procedures

Physical Requirements
Requires ability to stand for extended periods and lift walk sit use hands or fingers to handle or feel; talk or hear climb stairs and/or ladders.
Requires occasional reaching with hands and arms climb or balance bend stoop twist or kneel
Requires full use of body and ability to carry lift push pull and move up to fifty (50) pounds
Requires close vision distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Requires ability to safely use pallet jack and stacker with loads ranging from 100 to 700 pounds
Requires ability to stand for extended periods and lift reach climb bend stoop and twist
Requires visual acuity to operate machinery and process donations
Requires visual acuity to work in an environment with changing and/or low light levels
Environmental Conditions
Work in a light industrial/warehouse environment.
Subject to inside environmental conditions; exposure to heat and cold but protected from weather conditions
Subject to exposure to high and/or precarious places
Subject to exposure to heat cold dirt dust pet hair mold metals rubber plastics latex and other allergens
Tools and Equipment
Basic office equipment including computer calculator photocopier scanner and telephone. Forklifts baler ladder lift table pallet jack stacker scales compactor material lifts furniture dollies trash dumpster personal protective equipment basic tools of the assigned work area phone / two-way radio computer fax janitorial equipment and cleaning solvents
