About Us The Job Billease is creating and building the most technological collections shop in the Philippines. Driven by AI. Billease is now looking to hire a tech savvy collections Supervisor. Team Leadership: To grow to 300 FTE within 2 yrs Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture. Set clear performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the collections team and track progress. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and internal policies governing collections. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the collections process. Collaborate with the risk management team to optimize credit risk models and strategies. Customer Engagement: Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in collections.
