Inteldot has over 14 years in the life sciences industry with allocations across Puerto Rico the United States Europe and Japan. This is a great opportunity for one of our leading clients in Puerto Rico.
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning execution and delivery of a Windows 11 upgrade initiative in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role involves coordination across IT validation QA and business users to ensure full compliance and minimal disruption to operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define scope objectives and deliverables.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of required assets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure alignment with CSV data integrity and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
- Lead project status meetings and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience in IT project management in pharma/regulated environments.
- Proven experience with operating system upgrades (Windows 10 to Windows 11 preferred).
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of validation and compliance in regulated industries.
