Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that combines Windows system administration with cutting-edge observability and monitoring solutions We are looking for a skilled and motivated Windows Observability/Monitoring Engineer to support and optimize our enterprise IT infrastructure. In this hybrid role you will work closely with infrastructure DevOps and application teams to proactively identify issues implement effective monitoring strategies and enhance system health across both on-premises and cloud environments. Accountabilities
As an Infrastructure Operation Advisor you will be responsible for ensuring the visibility performance and reliability of critical systems. Your role will involve designing deploying and managing observability and monitoring solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to maintain system health and proactively address potential issues. Your expertise will be crucial in building and managing dashboards alerts and performance metrics for critical infrastructure.
Essential Skills/Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent with 4-6 years Operational experience in Windows Server/VMware administration
Experience in managing Incidents Problems changes and capacity management aspects.
Demonstrated ability handling large number of incidents via. Any ITSM tool
Flexibility to work in shifts on rotational basis covering Americas EMEA and ASIAPAC regions 24*7
Experience with Service Now ITSM tool is preferred.
Experience working in converged infrastructure UCS HP
Administer maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
Ensure OS patching configuration compliance and security hardening.
Design implement and maintain infrastructure monitoring solutions (e.g. SolarWinds Dynatrace Prometheus Zabbix Datadog etc.).
Build and manage dashboards alerts and performance metrics for critical infrastructure.
Ensure infrastructure monitoring solutions support compliance and audit requirements.
