About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our team at Relationships Australia Queensland. This is a full-time permanent position based at our Head Office in Eight Mile Plains.
As the P&C Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in supporting the People & Culture team by ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of people related processes and programs. You will lead the identification and implementation of process improvements working closely with key stakeholders across payroll finance quality risk and compliance to drive operational efficiency and resource optimisation. Your responsibilities will include coordinating a variety of HR activities managing employee records and supporting recruitment onboarding and employee relations. Additionally you will be instrumental in the configuration and management of onboarding systems as well as contributing to key People & Culture projects and initiatives that underpin the success of our organisation.
Additionally you will:
Drive the administration and continuous improvement of P&C systems ensuring efficient workflows and resource optimisation.
Support and educate employees and managers in navigating P&C systems providing excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service.
Prepare process and maintain accurate P&C documentation and employee records ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) supporting recruitment onboarding and offboarding processes.
Serve as a point of contact for general employee enquiries assisting with employee relations and engagement initiatives.
Collaborate on P&C projects reporting and data analysis contributing to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across the function.
About you
You are an engaging communicator with the ability to connect and collaborate effectively with people at all levels of an organisation. Your strong interpersonal skills are complemented by a proven track record in delivering impactful administration & support. You are passionate about all things people and you thrive in environments where you can share your knowledge and expertise. Your attention to detail proactive approach and commitment to best practice ensure you consistently deliver high-quality outcomes in all aspects of your work.
Additionally you have:
Diploma in Human Resource Management (or relevant other) or working towards or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in P&C coordination or a similar role with high level of exposure to clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite customer management systems or talent systems
High-Level communication skills including the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Ability to maintain high ethical standards
High levels of proactivity to take initiative and to work independently
