ABOUT THE ROLE

As Retail Operations Manager for Cotton On Brands Globally youll develop here and now frameworks to deliver open-to-close operational efficiency enabling store teams to focus on customer engagement and driving sales.

• Partner with global teams and senior leadership to drive operational continuous improvement and productivity gains

• Delivers operational efficiency through standard operating procedures technology utilization and loss prevention strategies milestone calendar

• Seeks country insights and recommendations on wage productivity and P&L initiatives
