Job Description
OX2 is looking for a Procurement Manager to join our Balance of Plant (BoP) and Solar PV procurement team. In this role you will lead procurement for civil and electrical works main transformers (MT) PV EPC contracts and key equipment - supporting the full lifecycle of our renewable energy projects.
Youll drive procurement strategies lead supplier negotiations manage risk and collaborate closely with internal teams including Technical and Construction Project Managers Legal and Development. Your work will be crucial in ensuring competitive high-quality and risk-optimized project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead procurement strategies for BoP MT key equipment O&M and PV EPC contracts.
- Manage RFQs tender evaluations negotiations and contract finalization.
- Source and assess suppliers across multiple markets maintaining strong relationships.
- Minimize commercial and contractual risks including interface and investor-related risks.
- Support project teams on budgeting scheduling and construction planning.
- Handle post-signing contract support claims insurance coordination and lessons learned.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of templates processes and supplier evaluations.
What Were Looking For
- Strong background in commercial contract negotiations and procurement.
- Experience with construction and infrastructure contracts (FIDIC ABT Orgalim etc.).
- Knowledge of civil/electrical works wind solar PV or energy storage systems.
- Skilled in project management risk mitigation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
